Through many years of painstaking "real life" experiences in the school of "hard-knocks," Naia's management and staff have grown from novices to masters.

There is no teacher like experience, and Naia has the experience and the wisdom gained from experience. The journey has not been easy, but over the past 15 years, we have grown by hiring some very talented people, learning from our mistakes, our multi-million dollar US project experiences, determination and God’s help. We survived the worst US economic crisis since the Great Depression in 1929, and although we have some wounds and battle scars, we are stronger, much wiser and more determined to accomplish the worthwhile goals that we set for our company in our humble beginning.

Driven by the core principles that form the foundation of Naia, a highly skilled, educated, team of specialists (each with 10-25 years’ experience) is now working together to protect and grow small and mid-size enterprises through the use of strategic IT services. Naia has evolved into a full service IT provider, servicing customers in a wide range of industries. Companies without the resources or desire to fund a full-fledged IT department can prosper, confident that Naia's team of caring experts are committed to meeting our customer's IT requirements down to the last detail with qualitative and innovative solutions whether a company's IT needs are project-based or recurring through cloud computing.

In 1997, an IT professional well-known for his Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) expertise and dedication to the concept of rapid and continuous delivery of agile software products left a multi-national IT company to found Naia Corporation. Terry Lee (President & CEO with 28 years of IT experience) believed that the quality, reliability and flexibility of expensive software solutions offered to Fortune 500 enterprises by his former firm could be tailored to fit the custom needs of small and mid-size businesses as well.

We believe that everyone who works at Naia Corporation should find meaning in what he or she is doing. We will not take short cuts in building our foundation. Rather, we will build slowly, painstakingly and purposefully with wisdom knowing that as we make the “right” choices, we will construct a solid foundation and a strong infrastructure that will lead us to long-term success.
